At this, switching to secured connection is performed by using the STARTTLS command. The 25 port is used by default for the connection. •Set the flag to use CRAM-MD5 authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use DIGEST-MD5 authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use LOGIN authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use plain text authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to encrypt data transfer. At this, a new secured TLS connection is established. The 465 port is used by default for the connection. •Set the flag to enable validating the SSL certificate of a mail server.
